蝴蝶兰 EST-SSRs 分析

摘 要:

对蝴蝶兰属 EST 序列进行了 SSR 分析。蝴蝶兰属 EST 总长为 4.5 Mb, 含有 609 个 SSR。SSR 出现频率 7.65%, 平均距 离 7.39 kb, 平均长度为 22.17 bp。单碱基、二碱基和三碱基重复是主要重复类型, 分别占 EST-SSR 总数的 21.67%、40.39% 和 33.50%。A、AG 和 CCG 分别是单碱基、二碱基和三碱基重复中主导重复基元, 分别占 96.21%、58.54% 和 32.25%。设 计引物及检测的结果表明, 蝴蝶兰EST-SSR标记对兰科其他属植物具有一定的通用性。

Abstract:

Simple sequence repeats (SSRs) were investigated in expressed sequence tags (EST) of moth orchids. The total length of moth orchids non-redundant ESTs was 4.5 Mb, including 609 SSRs. The frequency of ESTSSRs was 7.65% and the mean distance was 7.39 kb. The mean length of SSRs was 22.17 bp. Mononucleotide, dinucleotide and trinucleotide repeats were major types, whicn accounted for 21.67%, 40.39% and 33.50% in all SSRs, respectively. A, AG and CCG were mainly frequent motifs in mononucleotide, dinucleotide and trinucleotide, accounting for 96.21%, 58.54% and 32.25%, respectively. Primers were designed and detected. The result showed that some of them could be transferable to other genera of orchid.
